Remote Filing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Filing Specialist to join our Customer Support team. This is a full-time, hourly position for individuals who excel in maintaining accurate records and are passionate about delivering exceptional organizational support. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that documentation and files are properly managed and accessible to facilitate smooth customer support operations globally. Proficiency in English and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain organized filing systems for customer support records and documentation.
• Ensure accurate categorization, archiving, and retrieval of documents in both electronic and physical formats.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team to identify and address filing needs and priorities.
• Regularly audit filing systems to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in updating and digitizing existing paperwork to improve operational efficiency.
• Respond promptly to internal requests for accessing specific files or documents.
• Provide administrative support in creating and managing document templates for team use.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all documentation handled.

Qualifications

The pay range for this role is :

75,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote (Henderson, Nevada, US))
