Implementation Specialist

A company is looking for an Agentic Implementation Specialist to help customers activate AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy agentic workflows and configure orchestration logic and integrations

Develop and refine implementation patterns and support transitions to general availability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product capabilities and customer value

Required Qualifications

5-8 years in technical SaaS implementation or related fields

Experience with Martech, RevTech, CCaaS, or workflow automation platforms

Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems

Experience debugging multi-system integrations or distributed workflows

Experience in customer-facing technical roles within enterprise or mid-market SaaS environments
