Addison Group is seeking an Account Payable Specialist for our client located in San Antonio, Texas! This long-term contract role pays up to $22 per hour depending on applicable experience.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with internal and external clients through verbal and written communication.
- Cross-reference invoices with purchase orders or requisition line items for accuracy.
- Conduct independent research to identify and resolve issues with vendor accounts, ensuring no duplicate payments occur.
- Handle corrections and processes missing invoices discovered during vendor account investigations.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in accounts payable processing or related procurement / purchase order roles
- Experience with an ERP system
