Responsibilities

• Lead complex products and features along the entire customer journey
• Collaborate and drive strategic alignment with cross-functional partners
• Contribute to the design practice at Company, leveraging the EVO design system, and designing end-to-end experiences across mobile and desktop platforms
• Lead thoughtful and human-centered solutions for both short-term outcomes, and long-term vision
• Create user scenarios, journey maps, wireframes, Lo-Fi / Hi-Fi designs and prototypes throughout the full product development lifecycle

Pay rate : $55.00 - $58.00 / hr

Pay Transparency : The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $55.00 - $58.00 / hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
