NMLS Licensed Income Specialist

A company is looking for a Non-QM Income Specialist to perform loan qualification assessments.

Key Responsibilities

Review and assess at least 75 loan transactions per month

Evaluate borrower income and documentation to ensure compliance with lending guidelines

Communicate effectively with borrowers and third parties to obtain necessary documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a relevant field preferred

NMLS License under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 preferred

A minimum of 5 years' experience in the mortgage industry as a Loan Processor, Loan Officer, or Underwriter

Proficiency in industry-standard software and knowledge of lending guidelines

Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information
