Job descriptionFabricating skills is a must, machining and fabricating parts using drawings, sketches and prints by others Maintains technical knowledge, by reading machine specifications and attending classes if needed Assist in the installation and removal of equipment, help determine changes needed in equipment driven by production Must be able to perform preventative maintenance on wide range of equipment including Extruders, Laminators and Injection Molding Machines, as well as building maintenance Helps design and build equipment and fixtures Read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams Perform die building and repair parts using all machine shop equipment including lathes and mils Basic Electrical skills required Must have basic maintenance tools Must be dependable and able to work flexible schedules Perform all other duties as assigned High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Experience Basic Electric Certification

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is skilled in performing a multitude of maintenance functions in a team-oriented, world class production environment. Our workplace requires individuals who understand the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.
Starting pay for this role is $ 22.67 / hr. First shift hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assists with repairing a broad range of mechanical problems, preventative maintenance, general building maintenance and custodial work.
