Our rapidly expanding Commissioning group is looking for professionals passionate about advancing the construction industry.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this growing field.
We are seeking individuals with expertise in building systems design and functionality. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience identifying operational issues and ensuring system maintainability.
Continuous education and training programs keep our team members updated on industry trends, code requirements, and commissioning standards.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and sustainability goals.
- Develop commissioning plans, checklists, and performance tests in alignment with project specifications.
- Document and resolve issues throughout all project phases.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress, commissioning issues, and energy savings achievements.
Position Requirements :
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Certified Commissioning Provider through ACG, ASHRAE, or BCA.
- 3-5 years of commissioning experience in commercial buildings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Knowledge :
- Experience with building envelope commissioning, Monitored Based Commissioning, and Retro Commissioning.
- Familiarity with trend analyses and project management.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
