Our client, a well-established, multi-location healthcare organization, is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle to help lead the next chapter of their operational transformation.

As the organization continues to centralize processes, enhance patient flow, and modernize leadership structures, this Director will play a pivotal role in shaping revenue strategy, optimizing cross-site operations, and serving as the succession plan for the current VP of Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations across multiple locations

Partner with clinical, administrative, and executive teams to streamline processes

Develop KPI dashboards, workflow improvements, and best practices

Ensure accuracy and timeliness across billing, coding, collections, and reimbursement

Manage, develop, and mentor revenue cycle teams through organizational change

Serve as a strategic advisor during ongoing integration and modernization initiatives

What We're Looking For

7+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience in healthcare

Proven background implementing process improvements in complex environments

Ability to lead through transition, influence senior stakeholders, and unify teams

Strong understanding of payer rules, compliance, and multi-site operations

A collaborative, communicative leader with a hands-on approach

Work Model

Primarily based in Plymouth , with routine travel to Waltham and Boston to support leadership and operational alignment.
