Job Description

Manage on-site construction activities for PEMB projects, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, maintaining adherence to timelines and budgets. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Provide detailed project updates to internal teams and clients as required. Handle logistics and scheduling to optimize resource allocation. Resolve on-site issues and challenges promptly to avoid delays. Ensure compliance with all local and federal construction regulations.
