Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Transformation Director reporting to the Senior Transformation Director to lead and support mid- and longer-term strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, reduce expenses, and improve operational performance across the Consumer and Business Banking organization.
This role blends transformation leadership, strategic consulting, and business strategy to deliver measurable outcomes and sustainable change.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong bias for action, capable of translating vision into execution. They will demonstrate exceptional collaboration and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Execution : Support the buildout and execution of a formal transformation program with minimal overhead. Coordinate across business segments and leverage internal resources to drive initiatives forward.
- Initiative Management : Lead or co-lead cross-functional transformation workstreams, ensuring alignment with overarching financial and strategic business line goals. Track milestones, manage risks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Change Enablement : Apply best practices in change management to ensure sustainable adoption of new processes. Clearly articulate the "from / to" of each change and support employee engagement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Serve as a key liaison between the transformation office and business segment leaders. Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and embedded team engagements to identify and implement prioritized initiatives.
- Performance Measurement & Financial Impact : Help define and monitor OKRs and KPIs to track initiative progress and validate financial impact. Partner with Finance to ensure transparency and accountability in outcomes.
- Innovation & Process Improvement : Evaluate and apply modern transformation levers such as automation, AI, and lean redesign to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
Education : A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required. A master's degree preferred.Experience : A minimum of 7 years of experience in transformation, strategy, or process improvement leadership roles. Experience in financial services or consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) is a plus.Preferred Skills / Experience
