Salary : $42,000.00 Annually Location : Cedar City, UT Job Type : Full-time Staff Division : Campus Operations Closing : Continuous FLSA : Non-Exempt Position Summary

Responsible for effective maintenance, carpentry, cabinet making, concrete, drywall, carpet installation, and other construction-related activities to help maintain proper function and safety of campus. Supervise student carpenter assistants and others as required. First consideration date : 11 / 19 / 2025

Essential Functions

• Perform maintenance on University buildings, including drywall repair, carpet removal and installation, concrete repair, roof repair, and general building maintenance.
• General and finish carpentry, remodeling of commercial space including wood and metal framing, drywall, cabinet, and countertop installation, demolition, floor and ceiling tile installation and repair.
• Execute concrete forming, pouring, finishing, sealing, and repair.
• Operate, maintain and repair power tools and equipment pertaining to this position.
• Perform work, documentation, and tracking required in work order system.
• Other duties as assigned.
