Position Summary
Midstream IT is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the Pipeline Product Line toward continued success. This product line consists of four teams delivering digital technologies across a critical suite of business capabilities that deliver outcomes across broad and dynamic value chains.
The Lead Product Manager ensures strategic alignment by developing and maintaining a cohesive roadmap that strengthens business capabilities and achieves targeted OKRs and business objectives. By championing efforts across products, platforms, and multiple business units, the Lead Product Manager creates a clear vision that remains focused on the most value-added initiatives and priorities, adapting as needed to accelerate and realize value.
This position places strong emphasis on digital innovation and accountability for measurable outcomes. The Lead Product Manager works collaboratively to generate and evaluate new ideas that bolster competitive advantage and improve the digital experience. The role horizontally connects business leaders, product owners, architects, and experts to plan and execute strategies, fostering relationships that translate concepts into impactful solutions.
This position belongs to a family of jobs with increasing responsibility, competency, and skill level. Actual position title and pay grade will be based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience. 7+ years of relevant experience.
