About the Role
WHY JOIN THE ADVISORY BOARD? We are looking for passionate leaders and change-makers who are eager to make a difference and create a meaningful legacy in children's education. Use your expertise and network to help expand our efforts. Together, we have successfully sent over 6,000 children to school.

The Role : The Advisory Board’s mission involves
Providing strategic and operational recommendations to executive leadership.
Offering insights on proposed motions before Board of Directors votes.
Participating in assigned Steering Committees (e.g., Development, Impact, Nominations, Events).
Expanding our professional, corporate, and institutional networks.
Supporting fundraising efforts and engaging with major events and galas.

Time Commitment
2-4 in-person Board Meetings (locations in Palo Alto and New York City), attendance at the Annual Gala and other major events. Board members are encouraged to visit partner schools and actively engage in committees or task forces during their term.
Financial Commitment
Minimum pledge of $3,500 annually (generally structured as a monthly contribution of $300). While there is no specific 'get', advisory support is crucial to our fundraising success.
Travel Percentage
Less than 10%
