Role Overview :

We are seeking a licensed Senior Project Architect to oversee and guide the team through project design and document production. The Senior Project Architect will coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, interact directly with clients, and ensure design quality, schedule adherence, and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the architectural design of projects, utilizing firm resources effectively.
• Coordinate project activities including analysis, programming, site evaluation, scheduling, and objective setting.
• Oversee all disciplines on assigned projects and manage client expectations for quality, cost, and schedule.
• Maintain information flow within the project team and ensure construction documents accurately reflect design intent.
• Review technical information from vendors and owners, coordinate building code compliance, and conduct client reviews.
• Manage project budgets, agreements, and construction bidding processes.
• Mentor and support design staff, acting as a resource for design questions.
