Job Summary :
The Inside Sales Representative manages the day-to-day activity within business accounts, consistently looking for ways to grow the assigned business book. Assigned to specific accounts and markets, the Inside Sales Representative diligently builds Charles Industries' strategic competitive advantage by managing current and new customers and / or markets. The role is accountable for achieving assigned annual gross margin growth goals for the assigned sales territory.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Engage and captivate potential clients through varied channels, crafting a narrative that resonates and connects.
Gathers information from clients and partners to plan and schedule client meetings and other events and assists with coordinating client projects.
Skillfully use CRM and prospecting tools to manage leads across diverse markets.
Act as a commercial point of contact with customers.
Prospect new business while further developing existing customer book of business.
Prepares, generates, and follows up on verbal or written quotes to secure order.
Participate and manage local and regional trade show events when applicable.
Analyze customer business opportunities and threats.
Handles complaints from customers and provides appropriate solutions. Refers complaints to designated departments for investigation when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to travel at least 25%.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Previous successful sales experience with telecom, broadband, utilities, and wireless service providers is desirable.
Industry experience preferred but not required Tier 2 / 3 IOC's, Telcos, CSPs, MSO's.
Knowledge of Salesforce required.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
