CNH Industrial's Mountville team is now recruiting for 1st Shift Warehouse Associates to support our groundbreaking warehouse operations!

Starting hourly rate; $19.81, plus extraordinary company benefits!

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7am - 3 : 30pm.

Responsibilities

All essential job functions are performed for 8 to 10 hour shifts. Overtime is based on business needs.

• Actively participate in all distribution center level safety programs.
• Safely select, lift, and move parts that vary in size and weigh up to 40 pounds from various height locations, floor level and up, on a repetitive basis.
• Operate mobile equipment and obtain parts at higher level racking locations requiring normal depth perception, agility and balance.

Working in excess of 25 feet off floor level is common.

• Push carts on rollers while picking parts in the bin area.
• Match location numbers on order ticket with geographic location in warehouse to select correct part location.
• Match part numbers on order with part numbers on packaging for accurate order fulfillment.
• Prolonged standing and / or walking for long periods of time required.
• Knee bending, squatting, stooping, or kneeling required.
• Consolidation.
• Group totes of product on carts to stage for packing.
• Select appropriate packaging material to transport product to customer.
• Print labels and affix to packages.
• Use bar code scanning device.
• Loading Small Parcel Carriers using mobile equipment.
• Housekeeping - Sweeping, Moving boxes and pallets to appropriate area, Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Sort product of various size and weight amounts and stage for proper warehouse put away.
• Confirm accuracy of received materials.
• Verify quality and quantity of parts received.
• Verify proper location for put-a-way.
• Replenish parts in bin and rack areas throughout warehouse.
• Lift and move parts that vary in size and weigh up to 40 pounds from various height locations, floor level and up, on a repetitive basis.
• Part Relocation / Secondary Creation.
• Concepting parts to fit location.

Qualifications

1 year applicable experience in a production or warehouse environment (preferred)

1 year experience operating mobile equipment or willingness to learn

Intermediate computer skills

Proficient reading and writing skills
