The position involves journeyman-level abilities in mission critical and office operations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). A solid working knowledge of CMMS, BMS, EPMS and other software applications are required. Candidates need to have leadership experience managing maintenance teams, supervising vendors, and collaborating with all parties involved with project management. The applicant will need to be flexible to handle emergency calls and varying duties, during normal and after hours. The site is a client facing location, professional appearance, attitude and communications are foundational. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for an experienced operations professional ready to take the next step in their career.

Estimated compensation for this position : 11,061,232.00 11,061,232.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
