Marketing and Sales Management Trainee Responsibilities :

• Directly engage with customers to effectively promote the benefits and features of AT&T’s products and services in targeted markets and local businesses
• Continuously develop skills to effectively hire, train, motivate, and advise internal sales teams to ensure they are meeting revenue objectives
• Work closely with management and client executives to understand business objectives and develop effective sales and marketing strategies to meet their needs
• Utilize marketing and promotional materials to ensure the enrollment of quality customers and ensure repeat business
