This isn’t your run-of-the-mill hotel maintenance position.  With a hotel, private residences, meeting space, retail space, restaurants, and more, Kindred Resort is located steps away from the River Run gondola and aspires to be considered among the world’s best hospitality properties.  Opening winter 2025, responsibility for operating this state-of-the-art building requires learning new systems and technology – trades skills are valued, but the ability to learn and adapt is just as critical.

Successful hires will be able to perform day-to-day supervision and support to on-duty engineers while working closely with department management to ensure optimal team performance.

The expected pay range is $23.00 / hr - $30.26 / hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
