Responsibilities

Account Management : Oversee and manage personal and commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and timely service delivery.

Client Engagement : Actively engage with clients to understand their insurance needs, providing insightful advice and solutions tailored to individual circumstances.

Policy Maintenance : Maintain and update client files and policies, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards.

Quote Preparation : Prepare and present insurance quotes, assisting clients in understanding coverage options and benefits.

Problem Resolution : Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly,

Requirements

Insurance License and Experience : Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge : Strong understanding of both personal and commercial insurance lines.

Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other relevant tools. - Applied Epic a plus

Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Customer Focus : A sincere dedication to providing exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

Education : High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
