Capture Manager

A company is looking for a Capture Manager to drive new business opportunities within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and its sub-agencies.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead full lifecycle capture efforts targeting HHS and related civilian health agencies

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with HHS mission goals

Build and maintain trusted relationships with federal executives and industry partners

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered

7+ years of experience in capture management or business development within HHS environments

Proven track record of winning large-scale federal healthcare IT contracts ($20M+)

Strong network and established relationships with decision-makers across HHS

Deep understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle and competitive bid processes
