Job Summary :
The Search Consultant sources, recruits, and places high-quality candidates in direct hire roles across various industries. Youll manage full-cycle recruiting while maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with a high-performing team.
Responsibilities :
- Source, recruit, and present candidates for direct hire positions
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, and close placements
- Write compelling job ads and develop sourcing strategies
- Conduct candidate screenings and assess qualifications, skills, and motivations
- Participate in job fairs and build partnerships with colleges and universities
- Identify cross-selling and new business opportunities
- Travel to client sites as needed (up to 25%)
