We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to support a healthcare organization based in Ft Collins, CO. This role is responsible for providing HR support across the organization as well as managing the talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will bring initiative, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership to build a robust talent pipeline and support HR operations, including onboarding / offboarding, benefits enrollment, training, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR matters
- Communicate and implement HR policies and legal compliance
- Ensure payroll coordination and smooth salary payments
- Support employee benefits, open enrollment, and vendor coordination
- Collaborate on improving HR processes (benefits, compensation, leave, talent acquisition / development)
- Manage and update the HR intranet
- Prepare and analyze HR reports
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions
- Identify and manage recruiting channels (job boards, social media, schools)
- Run outreach campaigns for passive candidates and employee referrals
- Coordinate conference attendance and recruiting team logistics
- Track and report recruitment performance metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (preferred)Minimum 2 years of HR and talent acquisition experience (healthcare preferred)Results-driven and deadline-orientedTech-savvy; experience with HRIS (Paycor), ATS, job boards, LinkedIn RecruiterStrong knowledge of recruitment, retention, and benefitsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong analytical and project management skillsLocation
Hybrid (3 days onsite) in Ft. Collins, CO.
Type and Hours
Direct Hire. 40 hour work week.
Salary : $75,000-$90,000k annually
