Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Full Cycle Recruiter to join their Talent team and support the hiring of top business talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for business roles across various functions, occasionally supporting technical hires
Proactively source and engage top talent through strategic outreach and networking
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build sustainable talent pipelines
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within high-growth B2B SaaS environments
Experience collaborating with senior business leaders to define hiring strategies and processes
Strong sourcing and relationship-building expertise with a track record of engaging top talent
Comfortable supporting occasional technical hiring and collaborating with technical teams
Passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams and aligned with core values of Respect, Reliability, and Resilience
