Job description :

We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic systems and components in various heavy equipment and machinery. This role requires a strong mechanical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties :

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems on equipment, including pumps, test benches, and aviation accessories.
• Perform routine maintenance on hydraulic components and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
• Conduct automotive diagnostics and repairs on various items including aviation components and diesel engines.
• Operate heavy equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for assembly and repair tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used.

Skills :

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in avionics hydraulics accessories, transmissions, air brakes, alignment, suspension, shocks & struts, brake repair, automotive repair, and equipment repair.

Proficiency in teardown and reassembly and the ability to operate forklifts safely.

Familiarity with electrical systems is a plus; soldering skills are beneficial.

Previous experience or service technician experience is preferred.

Ability to work with industrial equipment and perform maintenance tasks efficiently.

Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to read and interpret schematics.
