Your Role at KIK

Join our team as a

• 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician (Monday – Friday with OT with rotating Saturdays 9 : 00 pm – 5 : 30 am)
• team, however, the candidate must be able to work on
• 1st shift (Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays 4 : 30 am – 3 : 00 pm)
• for the first 30 days not extended longer than 6 months of employment for training purposes.In this role you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment. Responsibilities include inspecting, testing and monitoring equipment, conducting repairs and replacements. You’ll be a key contributor to the success of our plant. This position has an hourly rate ranging from $30.00 - $32.00 per hour plus a .50 shift differential for hours worked after 1st

shift. Enjoy a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus and eligibility for a 3% quarterly incentive bonus. The compensation is negotiable based upon a candidate’s experience and skill set.
