Available Shift : Monday-Friday

8-hours

7 am-3 pm (2 weeks)

3 pm-11 pm (2weeks)

11 pm-7 am (2 weeks)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Employee is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and facility equipment. The Maintenance electrician must have excellent mechanical and electrical skills and be able to troubleshoot PLC-controlled printing and packaging equipment utilizing a laptop computer.

A minimum of three to five years of experience is needed in the maintenance field, with manufacturing experience preferred. Our maintenance electrician is a team player with good communication skills and able to interact with all areas of the facility in a team environment, and committed to excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS :

MUST be able to pass Ramsay Assessment (testing knowledge of mechanical (60 questions) and electrical (60 questions)

skills.

Basic understanding, troubleshooting and experience with

Mechanical Systems

(gears, pulleys, chains, belts, shafts, industrial gear boxes, water pumps, air compressors, HVAC experience A+)

Basic understanding, troubleshooting and experience with

Electrical Systems (AC circuits-motors and drives, DC circuits-motors and drives, 480 Volts 3 phase, transformers, control power, relays)

Basic understanding, troubleshooting and experience with

Pneumatic Systems (valves, controls, pressure, flow, cylinders)

Basic understanding, troubleshooting and experience with

Hydraulic Systems (valves, controls, pressure, flow, cylinders)

Basic understanding, troubleshooting and experience with

Electronic Systems (controls, ladder logic, PLC programming, C programming A+)

rotating swing shift , overtime, and occasional weekends.
