Job Summary :

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Licensed Counselor to join our clinical team in Fairview, TN. This role provides direct treatment and support services to individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders in accordance with clinical and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Facilitate individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team

Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as needed

Ensure adherence to state regulations and ethical guidelines

Requirements :

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related clinical field

Active Tennessee licensure : LCSW , LPC-MHSP , or Licensed PsyD

Experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders

Proficient in clinical documentation and electronic health records

Knowledge of ASAM criteria, addiction treatment models, and community resources
