HR Business Partner
Yzer is looking to hire a HR Business Partner (HRBP I) that provides strategic HR support and serves as a trusted resource to all employees across the organization. This role delivers HR solutions that focus on organizational goals, ensures consistent application of policies / procedures, supports a positive culture. The HRBP I partners handles day-to-day HR matters including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, payroll, and engagement initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. The HRBP I plays a key role in supporting HR operations and helping drive employee engagement, development, and alignment with company values.
Location : 410 S Ware BLVD, Tampa Florida 33619 (Onsite)
Pay Scale : $68K to $75K
Hours : M-F 40 standard, however additional hours will be necessary based on business needs. We do have West coast employees so after hours will be necessary as needed.
Job Responsibilities :
Employee Relations & Coaching
- Serve as a primary HR point of contact for managers and employees.
- Provide guidance on performance issues, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
- Investigate employee concerns and ensure fair, consistent outcomes.
- Support leaders in managing team dynamics and improving engagement.
Workforce Planning & Talent Management
Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and talent gaps.Participate in recruitment efforts and ensure smooth onboarding processes.Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.Monitor headcount, trends, turnover, and workforce metrics.Performance & Development
Support the performance review process and assist leaders in setting clear, aligned goals.Coach managers on effective feedback, competency development, and accountability.Recommend training and development needs based on trends and performance.Policy, Compliance & Risk Mitigation
Ensure compliance with company policies, federal / state labor laws, and HR best practices.Assist in policy updates, rollout, and communication.Monitor adherence to safety, workplace standards, and regulatory requirements.Document employee relations activities and maintain accurate HR records.HR Operations & Support
Provide guidance on compensation reviews, job changes, and workforce adjustments.Collaborate with HR teams (Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Training) to ensure seamless service delivery.Support company-wide HR initiatives, culture-building activities, and engagement programs.Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or Generalist role.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.Proficiency with HRIS systems, Tikit, Canva, Jot Form, Docusign, Accusource, Tenthstreet, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong background in Payroll, knowledge with UKG a plus.Skills :
