Commercial Insurance Producer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Insurance Producer to generate new business opportunities and build long-lasting client relationships. This role involves full-cycle sales responsibilities, including prospecting, quoting, and marketing commercial insurance solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in commercial lines production.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through lead generation, cold calling, referrals, and networking

Conduct client meetings and assess commercial insurance needs

Prepare and present proposals tailored to client risk profiles and business goals

Collaborate with underwriting and marketing teams to quote and place new business

Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-up and service

Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and market developments

Qualifications / Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance production

Proven ability to prospect, quote, and close new business

Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a client-focused mindset

High attention to detail, professionalism, and follow-through

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be a motivated self-starter with a goal-driven mentality

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license

Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings

Compensation Package

Compensation : Between $80K-$120K (based on experience)
