Compensation : $125000 - $145000 Job ID : 26855
Job Function :
- Organization is an FQHC offering primary care, behavioral health and dental health services
- Monday-Friday schedule 8am-4 : 30pm
- No nights, weekends or call schedule
- Practice has a department of 2 Psych NPs, 1 PT Psychiatrist and a team of 12 social workers to provide therapy
- Average of 8-10 patients scheduled per day, generally around 2 intakes per day and the rest is medication management only
- Coordinate with LPN and other providers, some consultation with medical providers about prescribing psych medications, case management and case coordination
Job Requirements :
- Training as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- License in the state of CT
- Board Certification
- Spanish skills preferred, not required
