Description : Responsibilities

• Machine Operation : Operate machinery for folding, cutting, collating, stitching, and trimming printed materials.
• Setup & Calibration : Set up and calibrate bindery equipment according to work orders and job specifications.
• Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on bindery equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Quality Control : Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, identifying any defects or irregularities.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve mechanical issues or problems that arise during the binding process.
• Material Handling : Lift and move heavy materials up to 40 pounds, including paper stock and finished products, and operate related equipment.
• Work Area Management : Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, following all relevant safety rules and regulations.
• Documentation : Read work orders and follow instructions to meet production requirements.
