Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Galt, CA. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting JP Masonry's services to meet those needs. Daily tasks include networking, building client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and closing sales deals. The Salesperson will also be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of our service offerings, monitoring industry trends, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in Construction sales, customer service, and client relationship management

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Knowledge of masonry products and construction industry is a plus

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Pay

Range : $10-12 hourly rate plus a 3% commission
