About the Role

Do you have deep expertise in public and press relations with experience amplifying brand presence in finance, fintech, or wealth management industries? We're looking for someone who thrives in a startup environment where you'll be both the strategist AND the executor.

Datalign Advisory is seeking a Manager, Public and Press Relations to drive strategic communication initiatives and elevate our brand's visibility across traditional and digital channels. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with our CMO and CRO and their teams , you'll craft compelling narratives, develop impactful media strategies, and leverage social media platforms to build a robust online presence. You'll also collaborate closely with technical teams to translate complex data and insights into compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences.

This is a hands-on leadership role with incredible growth potential - you'll manage and mentor a content creator while rolling up your sleeves to execute alongside your team. We need someone who gets excited about both developing the strategy AND writing the press release, someone who can think big picture while obsessing over the details that make communications truly shine. We're also looking for someone passionate about leveraging AI to revolutionize how we create, optimize, and distribute content - you'll have the opportunity to pioneer innovative AI-driven communication strategies.

• Direct CEO Partnership : Report directly to the CEO, providing strategic communications counsel and playing a key role in company-wide strategic decisions
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a content creator, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities
• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement public and press relations strategies that position Datalign Advisory as a leader in finance, fintech, and wealth management
• AI Innovation : Pioneer the use of AI tools and technologies to enhance content creation, media outreach, and communication analytics
