Suite A, MO Real Estate Real Estate Alexander Forrest Investments, (AFI) is a mid-sized, multifamily real-estate management company located in Columbia, MO.

AFI is comprised of experts in the acquisition, development, financing and management of real estate projects with over 50 multi-family properties in 10 states.

Alexander Forrest Investments is seeking a charismatic and experienced professional to serve as a Multifamily Sales Representative.

As a member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for ensuring AFI maintains a consistent pipeline of new and potential customers to continue our expansion across the country.

This position comes with an annual salary that is based upon experience ranging between $40,000-$60,000 / year with lucrative performance-based bonus opportunities.

Chosen applicant will be required to work out of AFIs corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO. Regular travel is required as many as 3-5 days per week in order to achieve minimum expectation of one new Service Agreement per month (subject to change).

The responsibilities that are listed below are not all inclusive; however, they are indicative of the type of responsibilities normally performed by a member of the Sales Team : *

JOB DUTIES

  • Primarily responsible for urgently generating new leads and acquiring new Service Agreements
  • Generate weekly sales reports for submission to Executives and Sales Team
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand market presence
  • Travel regularly to meet new clients, review potential deals, and attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
  • Update client information in the company contact database
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends in order to identify potential opportunities for further company growth
  • Monitor market condition in relation to competitor trends
  • THIS IS NOT AN 8-5 JOB. Success in this position will require regularly working past normal business hours and on weekends as needed
  • Minimum expectation is to add 12-25 new Service Agreements to AFIs portfolio each year (subject to change)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional / Documented ability to achieve established sales goals
  • Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent written / verbal communication
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Must work out of AFI corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO
  • Minimum 5+ years of applicable experience
  • Bachelors degree in applicable field of study preferred
  • Must provide list of 2-3 professional references

TRAINING

Week One Intro to underwriting / sales process, general overview, reiteration of personal and company growth standards

Weeks Two & Three Live and work onsite at an AFI managed-asset to better understand the stabilization process, resolve onsite issues with Onsite Manager, observe AFI processes in action while simultaneously reviewing potential growth opportunities in surrounding area

Week Four Comprehensive review of Sales Algorithms, review and presentation of previous training to Sales Team / Directors
