A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in high-volume hiring by sourcing and pre-screening candidates for interviews
Manage applicant data integrity in the ATS while handling large candidate funnels
Proactively build candidate pipelines using various sourcing tools and methods
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in high-volume recruitment processes
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to meet key performance goals in recruitment
Agility in balancing competing priorities under tight deadlines
