Full Job Description

We are looking for a permanent full-time Staff / Senior Accountant to join our team for tax season and beyond. We offer a flexible schedule and friendly work environment. Salary is based upon experience level.

Responsibilities :

Prepare individual and business tax returns.

Bookkeeping / Accounting utilizing QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.

Preparation of year-end adjusting journal entries.

Work with a variety of client industries and assist with client bookkeeping needs.

Qualifications :

Minimum two (2) years experience in public accounting - taxation

Fundamental knowledge of GAAP accounting.

Experience with QuickBooks accounting software, Microsoft Office, and tax software (Ultra Tax preferred).

Detail and deadline-oriented.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.

Be a team player, but have the ability to work independently.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting - CPA or CPA candidate welcomed, but not required.

Strong technology aptitude beneficial, but not required.
