Job Summary

The Sr. Director Marketing role will support the Margaritaville Vacation Club Marketing with direct oversight for set locations and partnership / alignment with other marketing leaders to obtain optimum performance.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Partnering with local Marketing Support leaders on the opening of new locations
• Brand immersion Training for all agents
• Continue to drive consistent expectations and brand unity
• Partner with MGVC and SVP on strategic direction
• Work with project management re : Programs / Product
• Direct Management of Cruise Marketing Associates and Sr Manager of Sunset Walk
• Partner with leaders at current locations to drive performance : Atlanta, St Thomas, Nashville + any additional openings
