What you’ll do :
Build your teamLead, mentor, and develop a team of Overhead Crane Service Technicians and InspectorsOversee all field service operations : inspections, PM programs, repairs, troubleshooting, upgrades, and emergency servicePlan schedules, assign work, and ensure technicians are deployed efficiently and effectivelyReview and approve service tickets, proposals, repair recommendations, and customer reportsServe as the main point of contact for service-related customer needsConduct site visits, solve technical escalations, and guide technicians on complex mechanical / electrical issuesEnsure full compliance with safety standards, load-testing requirements, and industry regulationsDrive continuous improvement across service processes, documentation, safety practices, and customer satisfactionSupport sales by identifying equipment issues, upgrade opportunities, and long-term maintenance solutionsMaintain accurate service records, inspection logs, and reporting for leadershipWhat you bring :
5+ years of experience working with overhead cranes, hoists, and material-handling equipmentStrong mechanical and electrical background (VFDs, controls, three-phase power, motors, wire rope, structural components)2–3+ years of leadership, foreman, or supervisory experience in a service environmentSolid understanding of crane safety, OSHA requirements, inspection standards, and load-testing proceduresExcellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in the field as needed to support technicians and high-priority jobsValid driver’s licenseCrane / rigging certifications are a plusTo apply : Please submit your resume and contact information.
