Multifamily Superintendent or Lead Superintendent opportunity in Charlotte with a Top Ranked Multifamily Developer & Builder.

Our firm has been seeing substantial growth in Charlotte and we're continuing to build upon our strong local pipeline with several ground-up apartment projects local to this market.

We're looking to bring a few folks onto the team as we have several multi-family projects throughout the market as well as a bunch behind these deals so this opportunity will keep you local long-term.

Packages will include a competitive salary, bonus plan, car allowance, covered healthcare, and more.

Location :  Charlotte Metro

Job Title :  Superintendent or Lead Superintendent

Salary :  $120k-170k base, 401k with match, Auto allowance, generous PTO, and Bonus

What You Need for This Role :

• At least 5+ years of multi-family construction experience, full-scope experience, strong tenure.
