Location : This position is based at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center in Norwood, MA. The property is owned by Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC , the real estate division of FM , offering a dynamic hospitality environment with strong organizational support.

Shift Hours
- Varies Sundays- Friday : 5 : 30am - 12pm or 12pm-5pm
- Flexibility to work other shifts as needed to support business operations
Holidays
The Break Staff is responsible for supplying and maintaining the conference guest coffee break. Individual will set up food and beverage offering and break them down at the conclusion of the conference.
Qualifications
Compensation & Benefits
The hiring range for this position is $15.65 to $19.57 per hour. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience. The position is eligible to participate in FM's comprehensive Total Rewards program that includes an incentive plan, career development opportunities, flexible work, free meals, and Sheraton / Marriott employee discount at participating hotels.
