Revenue Cycle Representative

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Representative, Reconsiderations - RCM.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate provider invoice activities to ensure timely reimbursement of receivables

Research and resolve claims denials and initiate actions for corrections or appeals

Provide guidance and support to internal and external customers regarding claims processing protocols

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Two years of medical claims processing and reimbursement experience

Knowledge of healthcare collection procedures and relevant software applications

Understanding of HIPAA, Fair Credit and Collections Act, and coding standards

Strong organizational and time management skills
