Construction Observer – Water Environment

Water Environment at GBA is looking for a construction observer to support their water / wastewater / stormwater projects in the Kansas City metro area out of their Lenexa office. This is a part-time field position.

Responsibilities :

• Oversight of construction observation activities throughout the duration of construction projects.
• Daily correspondence with contractors is required in order to maintain daily reports of progress on site and resolve any issues that may occur.
• Complete daily reports of progress on site.
• Review of payment applications, change orders, and as-constructed drawings.
