Our firm is seeking a mid-level Intellectual Property (Patent) Transactions Associate with at least three years of experience and a strong focus on patent acquisition and licensing . Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and advise on patent acquisitions, licensing, and technology transfer transactions.
• Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements, including assignments, development, and collaboration contracts.
• Conduct due diligence on intellectual property portfolios in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional legal and business teams to align IP strategy with commercial objectives.
• Provide clear, strategic guidance on patent law and transactional risks.
