Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage high-value patent and IP transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, and joint ventures.
• Advise clients on patent litigation funding, corporate structuring, and IP-driven investments.
• Draft and negotiate complex IP-related agreements, ensuring alignment with business and strategic goals.
• Oversee due diligence in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions involving intellectual property assets.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to address the intersection of IP, finance, and corporate law.
