Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a newly created opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager within our Industrial Valve & Automation Business specifically around growing our automation business. This is a sales leadership role that will evolve, build and maintain a team in the future.

Responsibilities

• Responsible with working with valve & automation vendors
• Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts, always ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
• Knowledge of our competitors in each market
• Joint calls in each area with outside sales reps
• Product training for outside sales reps and sales support
• Relationships with territory sales managers and sale team managers

Pay Range : $7,949.70 - $17,325.00 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
