Business Development Representative - ABM Specialist (EMEA Shift)

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the EMEA region, you will be a key player in driving Provar's business expansion. This role bridges the gap between Sales and Marketing, ensuring strategic alignment between outbound prospecting efforts and targeted ABM campaigns. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to identify and engage high-value accounts, nurture relationships, and drive meaningful conversations that convert into sales opportunities. Your role will focus on executing personalized outreach strategies that align with our ABM initiatives, helping to build strong engagement with key decision-makers in target accounts.

Day-to-day responsibilities & accountabilities : You'll be responsible for :

  • ABM-Focused Outreach : Develop and execute personalized, multi-touch outreach sequences using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to engage key accounts in the EMEA region.
  • Strategic Lead Qualification : Identify and qualify high-value opportunities, ensuring a seamless transition from Marketing to Sales.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Sales : Partner closely with the Marketing team to leverage insights, messaging, and content for targeted outreach. Work with the Sales team to refine engagement strategies based on account feedback and performance metrics.
  • Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a strong pipeline by researching and identifying potential customers within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Engagement Tracking & Optimization : Leverage Salesforce, Outreach, and other tools to document interactions, track campaign effectiveness, and continuously improve engagement strategies.
  • Event & Webinar Participation : Represent Provar at industry webinars and events to establish relationships with potential prospects.
  • Goal-Oriented Execution : Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, engagement, and lead conversion.
  • Championing Provar's Brand : Serve as the frontline ambassador of Provar's mission, ensuring that our messaging resonates with the right audience.
  • Always complying with Provar's standard Ways of Working.
  • Actively participating in the annual review process by : Collaborating with your line manager in setting personal objectives that strive to achieve organizational goals, progress career aspirations and address development points.
  • Collecting evidence throughout the year to support achievement of both your organizational role and personal objectives.
  • Objectively appraising your own performance at the end of the review year through a process of self-evaluation.
  • At all times working in a manner that champions the organizational values and identifying opportunities to add value to solution delivery whenever possible;
  • Leading by example by adhering to company financial policies regarding time and expense.
  • Submission and (but not limited to), punctuality, dress code, time and expense submissions, and notification of whereabouts, annual leave and absence.

Key skills : You'll have :

  • A solid academic foundation to degree level or higher
  • 2-5 years experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a strong focus on ABM strategies, especially for EMEA.
  • Experience with Outreach, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and other sales / marketing automation tools.
  • Sales and Marketing Synergy : Proven ability to work across sales and marketing teams to execute targeted, data-driven outreach campaigns.
  • Consultative Approach : Ability to engage prospects through consultative conversations and value-driven messaging.
  • Language Skills : Proficiency in English is required; additional fluency in European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Dutch) is a plus.
  • Self-Starter : Highly organized, autonomous, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient and Adaptable : Comfortable with rejection, persistent in follow-ups, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent Communicator : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Having proactive thinking with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Willing to work in a team environment-Effectively.
  • Having strong problem solving skills, should be able to research and understand an undocumented set up and application.
  • Able to quickly build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds, at all levels of the organization.
