Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding or fitting is a plus. Proven experience as a structural fitter or similar role, preferably in a shipbuilding or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient in the use of hand tools and welding equipment. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated A Class Structural Fitter to join our dynamic team in Mobile, AL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and fitting of structural components, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Fit and assemble structural components, including steel and aluminum, according to specifications.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely project completion.
