REVIEW & ANALYTICS COUNSEL OPPORTUNITY
Job Summary : Redgrave LLP (“Redgrave”) is one of two top tier (Band 1) law firms in the United States in the area of eDiscovery & Information Governance as ranked by Chambers and Partners. We focus exclusively on Information Law, which includes eDiscovery, information governance, data privacy, and data security. Redgrave’s team provides legal advice that defines a clear, timely, and flexible strategy for both information governance and discovery. This is a unique opportunity for accomplished attorneys to work on sophisticated matters architecting, overseeing, and executing on complex review projects, e.g., MDLs, Second Requests, etc. Attorneys in the Review & Analytics Counsel position will be responsible for supervising second-level review or quality control attorneys in complex litigation with high document volumes, including providing guidance to ensure the accuracy and completeness of work product.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic guidance for the review process
- Identify and develop key protocols and procedures for complex document reviews
- Participate in discovery negotiations with requesting parties, and data collection strategy development
- Work collaboratively with Redgrave Attorneys and Advisors to support all stages of the EDRM lifecycle
- Effectively manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders, including co-counsel, technical and review vendors, and firm leadership

Excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility and willingness to work as a member of a teamStrong commitment to ongoing professional developmentMust have prior experience managing teams of review attorneys on complex mattersMust have strong expertise in all areas related to the litigation lifecycle including legal hold notifications, discovery disputes and case law, relevant legal standards, and upcoming trends in discovery and data collectionStrong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise discretionSuperb attention to detailAbility to balance competing responsibilities and manage deadlines proactivelyUnderstanding of relevant case law and legal developments related to eDiscoveryExperience leading and managing privilege reviews, including privilege logsAdvanced review-focused proficiency working in Relativity and other electronic document review platformsTech savvy and advanced working knowledge of MS Office applicationsFamiliarity with emerging GenAI review applicationsQUALIFICATIONS
J.D. degree from a major, accredited law schoolMust be licensed and in good standing in a US jurisdictionA minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing document reviews, supervising review attorneys, performing QC, redacting documents, logging privileged documents, and / or developing facts in complex litigationMust clear client conflicts and criminal background checkPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
