Requirements :

• Experience : 5+ years of experience in Operations / Branch Management role
• Ability to oversee staff, projects, and scheduling
• Strong knowledge in commercial operations for both production and service
• Proactive, big idea thinkers who can drive the team to success
• Ability to demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
